Jim Cicere and Kevin San Jose are the coolest. And not just because they entrusted me with $125 per gallon paint. They’ve opened a subtly-art-deco-themed & secret-speakeasy-having wine bar in Geneva. NY. Vinifera will celebrate local Finger Lakes wineries, big and small. We’re talking THOUSANDS of bottles of wine.

For this project, I scoured New York public records for antique maps showing the region’s different soil types. These soils help make up the terroir of the area and are what make FLX wine so unique (and tasty.)
